Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information LeetXender collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your data and being transparent about our practices.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email and account details, as well as data generated through your use of the Service, including campaign activity and usage analytics. You may also import contact data, which you control.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send important notifications, deliver support, and keep the platform secure. We never sell your personal data.
We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and optional two-factor authentication. While no system is perfectly secure, we work continuously to protect your data.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment and email delivery partners), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information where required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. LeetXender provides built-in tools for data export and account deletion to help you exercise these rights.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes and indicate the date of the latest revision above.
When you use Xendra AI, the messages, prompts and files you submit are transmitted to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude models) to generate responses. We store your conversation history so you can return to it, and we count your daily message usage to enforce plan limits. Do not submit sensitive personal data you don't want processed by an AI provider. You can delete individual conversations or your whole account at any time.
If you connect a custom domain, we process the domain's DNS verification details (MX, SPF, DKIM, verification records) and the emails sent and received through mailboxes you create, in order to deliver, display and secure your mail. Email content and attachments are stored so you can access your inbox. Delivery is handled through Amazon Web Services (SES).
For SMS, we process recipient phone numbers, message content, sender IDs and delivery reports to send your messages and provide analytics. SMS is delivered through providers such as Termii and Twilio. You are responsible for having consent to message your recipients and for honoring opt-outs.
Before you can send SMS or send email from a custom domain, we require identity and facial verification to prevent fraud. This is performed by our verification partner Didit, which processes your identity document and a facial scan and returns a verification result to us. We store the verification status and reference, not your raw biometric data. Verification is handled in accordance with Didit's privacy practices.
We share data with the providers needed to run the Service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email), Anthropic (AI), Flutterwave and Paystack (payment processing), Termii and Twilio (SMS), and Didit (identity verification). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function. We never sell your personal data.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data through our account deletion page. We action verified requests within 30 days. Certain records (for example payment/transaction history) may be retained where the law requires.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please get in touch or email privacy@leetxender.com.
